Fast-food chain White Castle is bringing back Buttermilk Shrimp Nibblers through April 5, 2026. This version features butterfly shrimp coated in a seasoned buttermilk batter and fried. Pricing varies by portion size, with a small order priced at $4.59, a medium order priced at $6.99 and a sack priced at $9.99.
“Buttermilk Shrimp Nibblers have been a fan favorite for years, and this season they’re back with an even better bite,” said Jamie Richardson, chief marketing officer at White Castle. “They are still delivering the flavor people know and love, which is exactly what our guests expect when we bring this item back.”
In select markets, White Castle is also testing additional seafood-inspired menu items, jalapeno hush puppies and Seafood Crab Cake Nibblers, for a limited time as part of its seasonal menu planning.
