Mission BBQ, a restaurant brand known for its dedication to American veterans and oak-smoked barbecue, is partnering with flavor company McCormick to bring Mission’s signature barbecue sauces to retail nationwide.
Launching March 2026 online and in stores across the country, the new line mirrors a selection of the chain's most popular barbecue sauces available at their restaurants. With four flavors inspired by regional American barbecue traditions, the line features Mission BBQ Memphis Belle, Blue Ridge Smoky Mountain, Texas Twang and KC Classic.
The Memphis Belle sauce is sweet and smooth with a tangy, smoky flavor. Blue Ridge Smoky Mountain features thick molasses, vinegar and brown sugar. Texas Twang is a sweet and savory blend of vinegar, honey and brown sugar. KC Classic is a spicier sauce, blending molasses, tomatoes, brown sugar and spices and paying tribute to the slightly sweet flavors of Kansas City barbecue.
