Small Batch Farms, a family-owned beef operation based outside of the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, is officially launching its online beef boutique, moving into the direct-to-consumer market with clean-label, grain-fed beef and beef jerky, made with no artificial additives or fillers.
Small Batch FarmsThe farm raises and finishes its beef in small batches to prioritize quality over volume. Animals are pasture-raised, grass-fed and grain-finished.
“My dream is selling clean, healthy products to everyone in the country. There are so many companies selling ultra-processed meats, and it’s terrible. Small Batch Farms exists to change that,” said Erika Abbett, founder of Small Batch Farms.
Small Batch Farms exclusively offers beef, a deliberate choice that reflects the family’s expertise and dedication to their craft. The brand sources only from US-based partners who share its same standards.
With the launch of its direct-to-consumer platform at smallbatchfarms.com, customers nationwide can now order beef subscriptions, jerky and curated selections.
