Equipment suppliers show off their latest innovations in Milwaukee.

Rich Hayes, sales representative for ScottPec, showcases the ScottPec Smokehouse Mini S, part of the company's lineup of commercial smokehouses. The design emphasizes precision in smoking and cooking, allowing operators to control smoke intensity, airflow, temperature and humidity in a compact footprint.

UltraSource’s Landon Mouse highlights the company’s Mauting UKM Compact Smokehouse, which allows automatic adjustment of the entire heat treatment process.

Weber debuts the weSLICE 2500, a compact involute blade slicer with a cutting height of up to 180 millimeters. The weSLICE 2500 is part of a new slicing platform by Weber, including the weSLICE 2000 and 2500, for small to mid-size processors.

Jarvis Products Sales Director Eric Schwanke says the company's TurboTrim ring knife features a lightweight ergonomic design and has 20% fewer parts than typical ring knives.

Kevin Siatkowski, business development manager for Grasselli SSI, says the Grasselli NSL 600 vertical slicer is ideal for slicing fresh or cooked meat products, including meat snacks, steaks, ham and pork belly.

Quality Casing Co. Inc. Vice President of Sales and Marketing Alicia Novachich says the supplier plans to launch an online ordering platform for its customers in September 2026.
