Whizard® Series II Trimmers from Bettcher Industries Inc. are designed for many important and diverse pork trimming applications â€” from defatting hams and briskets to facing bellies, trimming jowls and skin patching. The fast-rotating blade trimmer enables users to make accurate cuts. The Series II line incorporates patented design elements to enhance operator productivity, safety and comfort, such as captive hex-head housing screws that provide faster, easier removal and reinstallation of the blade housing and blades.
