The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) has announced that registration is now open for the AMSA 64th Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC), to be held June 19-22, 2011, at Kansas State University in Manhattan. Kan.

AMSA RMC features an interactive program which is tailored to bring attendees the very best and inspiring educational experience. From the traditional keynote presentations to the very diverse reciprocation session, firsthand information is presented from leading industry experts. The 600 attendees that attend this conference represent meat science professionals in academia, government and industry, as well as undergraduate and graduate students in the meat, food and animal science fields.

Early registration fees for AMSA professional members is $525, AMSA student members is $225 and nonmembers is $900. After the April 29 early registration deadline fees will increase to $675 for professional members, $300 for student members and $950 for nonmembers. Non-AMSA members can save on 2011 RMC registration fees by joining AMSA today.
