The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued four separate recalls of meat products, due to the presence of potentially adulterated ingredients. Three of the products contain a corn ingredient that may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes, and one recall involves tomatillos that may be contaminated as well. The agency also issued a recall for 217 pounds of salad products yesterday for a corn ingredient.
