Cargill has selected Jon Nash to lead its North American protein business. He will report to Brian Sikes, who was recently appointed to the executive team as leader of the company's global protein and salt businesses.
Nash began his career at Cargill in 1998. Most recently, he was the president of Cargill's Protein foodservice business, where he strengthened and built strategic customer relationships. He brings a diverse mix of commercial, operations and finance experience. Nash has served as vice president of operations and was the general manager and controller of the company's Fresno, Calif., beef facility.
