Coleman Natural Foods expands holiday ham offerings and introduces Italian-style sliced salumi
Coleman Natural Foods is expanding and amplifying offerings for the 2019 holiday season.
The popular uncured ham varieties will now include an 8-oz. ham steak to complement the larger serving sizes (whole spiral, half and quarter), providing high-quality holiday ham no matter how many are gathered around the table. As with all Coleman Natural pork products, each is free from nitrates, nitrites, antibiotics, added hormones, artificial ingredients and animal by-products and raised crate free so your customers can feel good about what they’re eating.
Additionally, Coleman Natural Foods is entering the deli category with a line of Italian-style sliced salumi in three varieties: Hot Sopressata, Genoa Salame and Pepperoni. The 3-oz. packages offer the savory, authentic, Italian flavor your customers crave, with the high-quality American raised pork and simple, all-natural ingredients they demand. Packaging is shelf-stable and can be displayed in a variety of locations around the store.
With every purchase of Coleman Natural product, a portion of proceeds will benefit Pups4Patriots, an initiative led by American Humane that pairs shelter dogs trained to be service animals, with veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress or traumatic brain injury. Coleman Natural Foods has committed $800,000 over the next three years to fund the training of more than two-dozen dogs.
