Kemco Systems advanced its leadership position in industrial wastewater treatment through the acquisition of Auburn, AL, based dissolved air flotation (DAF) company Water Resources, Inc. The acquisition expands Kemco’s engineered wastewater treatment capabilities in the rapidly growing industrial markets. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
