The Model PC1500 Poultry Cutter is designed with innovative patented blade braking technology, which greatly reduces the risk of operator injury in the event that the operator inadvertently comes in contact with the blade.

The LOTOS Lock Out / Tag Out System features the next step in further safety. This cutting edge device detects dangerous energy forces, which may still be present even after standard lock out procedures have been activated.
