Thousands of food safety professionals have plans to gather next week for the 25th Annual Food Safety Summit taking place May 8–11 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill. Now those who are not able to attend the event in person can tune in for six free sessions, which will be streaming live from May 9–11 and be available on demand for one year. These insightful sessions give food safety professionals the opportunity to view and interact with industry professionals and download valuable content.
