USPOULTRY and the USPOULTRY Foundation announce the completion of a funded research project by researchers at Auburn University that addresses early incubation temperature effects on the development of wooden breast in broilers. The research was made possible in part by an endowing USPOULTRY Foundation gift from Koch Foods. The research is part of USPOULTRY's comprehensive research program encompassing all phases of poultry and egg production and processing. In total, the association and foundation have invested more than $36 million in research.
