Separation, sifting and screening solutions manufacturer Compass Wire Cloth is announcing its participation in the upcoming IFT First Annual Event & Expo, July 13-16, 2025, at McCormick Place in Chicago. At booth S4251, Compass will showcase a comprehensive range of products tailored to meet the rigorous demands of the food industry, including Round and Pretensioned Separator Screens and Ultrasonic Screens.

Compass Wire Cloth’s Round and Pretensioned Separator Screens are produced in a temperature-controlled environment to fit all OEM equipment, ensuring maximum screen life and reducing maintenance costs and downtime. The pre-tensioned design ensures consistent tension across the screen surface, enhancing screening accuracy and efficiency for separating solids from liquids or segregating dry materials. Compass Wire Cloth produces replacement screens to fit all round vibratory screeners, offering customizable options to suit specific application needs.

Also at booth S4251, Compass Wire Cloth will highlight its Ultrasonic Screens, designed to tackle common material processing issues like blinding and pegging. These advanced screens are designed to enhance throughput and operational efficiency. Featuring a patented Frequency Variation Method, the screens automatically detect and optimize the resonance frequency, ensuring maximum ultrasonic excitation efficiency across different screen geometries. Compass Wire Cloth's Ultrasonic Screens can be retrofitted to all types of screening machines, including tumblers and vibrating screens.
