Hawaii meat processor joins Frosty Acres
Pacific Provisions Hawaii membership strengthens Frosty Acres' presence in one of the most logistically complex and relationship-driven foodservice markets in the country.

Member-owned foodservice buying group Frosty Acres Brands is announcing Pacific Provisions Hawaii as its newest member owner, further strengthening the cooperative’s presence in one of the most logistically complex and relationship-driven foodservice markets in the country.
Formerly known as H&W Foodservice, Pacific Provisions Hawaii is a long-standing broadline distributor and meat processor based in Kapolei, Hawaii. The company operates across retail, manufacturing and general distribution, serving a diverse customer base that ranges from executive chefs and luxury hospitality groups to local supermarkets and warehouse clubs. Its business is built around finding solutions for clients and managing complexity with consistency, while also balancing local production with global sourcing to meet the needs of a highly dynamic market.
Pacific Provisions maintains a strong protein focus through its Palama Meat division and trusted external sourcing partners. Its portfolio includes premium offerings such as 1855 Black Angus Beef (both USDA PRIME and Upper 2/3rd Choice Cuts), as well as specialty items like artisan flours, gourmet chocolates and more. By combining local manufacturing at its Kapolei facility with international sourcing, the company delivers both reliable service and meaningful differentiation to its customers.
“Pacific Provisions has built a reputation for navigating challenging supply chains while remaining deeply committed to their customers,” said Bill Lewis, president and CEO of Frosty Acres Brands. “Their focus on performance, accountability and strong partnerships aligns well with how our cooperative operates.”
For Pacific Provisions, joining Frosty Acres reflects a shared approach to building partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
“Joining Frosty Acres was an easy decision for us because of the transparency and integrity they bring to everything they do,” said Kurt Fey, president of Pacific Provisions Hawaii. “We value openness and collaboration, and this cooperative model supports both in a meaningful way.”
Kelly Wall, head of sales for Pacific Provisions Hawaii, said, “The support and differentiation Frosty Acres provides strengthens our entire organization. It creates alignment across our teams and helps us better serve our customers every day.”
