Casual dining chain Applebee’s is bringing back its Big Easy Menu, featuring flavors inspired by New Orleans. The lineup features the new Big Easy Burger and Bayou Shrimp Bowl, and the returning Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne, all available for a limited time.

The burger features a beef patty stacked with pepper Jack cheese, grilled Andouille sausage, zesty citrus slaw and spicy honey mustard on a Brioche bun, all served with classic fries. The Bayou Shrimp Bowl includes blackened shrimp, smoky Andouille sausage, Spanish rice, garlicky green beans and sauteed bell peppers and onions with a side of creamy Cajun sauce. The Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne includes Bourbon Street chicken up with seared slices of Andouille sausage, seasoned bell peppers and onion in a creamy, Cajun Alfredo sauce over penne.

Applebee’s Big Easy Menu also includes Applebee’s Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp Skillet, Bourbon Street Steak and the Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger.
