Lottie's Meats, a sister-founded pork sausage brand, is expanding its Target presence into additional stores across Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. The rollout follows the brand's debut at Target two months ago, when Lottie's launched across stores in Northern California, Washington and Oregon.

The regional expansion holds special significance for the brand: Colorado is home to Lottie's Meats headquarters and sisters and co-founders Chelsey and Cassie.

"When we launched at Target in April, we could hardly believe how quickly things moved," said Chelsey Maschhoff, co-founder of Lottie's Meats. "To now be expanding into Colorado means a lot to us. These are customers and communities we know and love, and we're thrilled to make Lottie's more accessible to the home cooks right in our own backyard."

At Target, shoppers can find Lottie’s entire product assortment, which includes all four of Lottie's chef-crafted pork sausages in the refrigerated meat aisle: two fully cooked sausage links, The Lottie and Bratwurst, and two seasoned ground pork blends, the Calabrian and Everyday.

The brand was founded by the sisters, whose roots trace back to a six-generation family farm in Illinois. Prior to launching Lottie's, the sisters pursued careers in different industries—Cassie in tech and Chelsey in culinary—before coming together in 2024 to build a premium pork brand rooted in their agricultural heritage and a shared belief that pork could be enjoyed by consumers in a fun, clean and meaningful way.

"As sisters who grew up on a pork farm, we know exactly where our pork comes from and the quality of ingredients and nutrients that goes into each production run," said Maschhoff. "Every expansion is a chance to bring that quality and care to more plates, conversations and tables. Reaching Target shelves in this region feels like a homecoming."

Unlike most sausage brands that rely heavily on fillers, nitrates, and a blend of mystery cuts, Lottie's sausages are made using whole-muscle cuts of pork loin and pork shoulder and paired with unique spice blends and real ingredients that you know and can pronounce. The products are free of nitrates, nitrites, fillers, preservatives, additives, and artificial ingredients.

The Target expansion builds on Lottie's presence in more than 450 existing retailers and restaurants across the country including Nugget Markets, Bristol Farms, Lazy Acres and Dierbergs Markets, as well as online marketplace Misfits Market.

Lottie's products are now available in the refrigerated meats section at Target stores across Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska.
