Perdue offers tips to help operators detour bad economy

The team at Perdue has realized how challenging the down economy can be for operators. Consumers are cutting back at restaurants, trading down to less expensive venues and spending less all while seeking out promotions and deals. Perdue has developed a new section on their website and an economic tips sheet to help operators make a u-turn out of the bad economy.

These materials provide operators with tools and tips they need to keep their businesses moving like ways to increase traffic and check averages and reduce costs and waste. The new materials include tips for front- and back-of-house success, as well as daypart and product solutions.
