JTM Food Group adds cheese sauces for Cinco de Mayo

The JTM Food Group, a Harrison, Ohio-based company specializing in menu solutions for the food service industry, has added four new cheese sauces to its Cocina Tejada Mexican Favorites product line. The Sauces – Queso, Queso Blanco, Queso with Beef and Reduced Fat Cheese Sauce – are ideal for food service operations, including restaurants, healthcare and military operations looking to improve and accentuate their Mexican menus.

JTM’s new Cocina Tejada Sauces include:

Queso Sauce: The perfect accompaniment for enchiladas, tacos and all the Mexican favorites. A staple in every authentic Mexican kitchen, Queso is made using a natural cheddar cheese base stirred with just the right amount of authentic Mexican spices. Great as a dipping sauce.
Queso Blanco: A creamy white cheddar cheese sauce with a kick of ground green chilies, diced onions, garlic and just the right amount of jalapeño pepper to give enough spice to taste, but not enough to overpower the flavor of the meal.
Queso with Beef: A perfect topper for baked potatoes and nachos and great as a nacho and chip dip. It’s made using a natural cheddar cheese base stirred with bits of beef and authentic Mexican spices.
Reduced Fat Cheese Sauce: Authentic Mexican cheddar cheese sauce is made with natural cheddar cheese, a hint of paprika and other authentic Mexican spices that is perfect for a dipping sauce or to smother over a meal.

Designed for multiple menu applications, JTM’s new Cocina Tejada Sauces come packed in boilable and steamable five-pound bags and are fully cooked and frozen. The JTM Food Group menu now includes more than 450 food items.
