Andy Hanacek, editor-in-chief, recently attended the American Meat Science Association’s 67th Reciprocal Meat Conference in Madison, Wisconsin. In the final Q&A of the series, Andy discusses what to expect from next year’s RMC event in Lincoln, Nebraska, with Dean Pringle, the 2015 RMC Chair. The pair also touch on Pringle’s current genetic research in regard to beef cattle efficiency.

This new annual reception will celebrate the Meat Industry Hall of Fame Class of 2023 inductees in person during the AAMP American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition in Omaha, Nebraska.
