Sonny's BBQ reveals seasonal menu
Seasonal fall menu includes chicken wings, the Maple BBQ Turkey Club, Pulled Pork Stack, Maple BBQ Pork Burnt Ends and Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese.
Sonny's BBQ restaurant is unveiling its fall seasonal menu, featuring barbecue classics and homestyle comfort foods.
"Fall has always been about gathering around the table with the people you love, and our new seasonal menu captures that exact feeling," said Shannon Snell, head pitmaster for Sonny's BBQ. "From the moment you bite into our Maple BBQ Pork Burnt Ends to that first taste of our fan-favorite Cheese Curds, we're bringing families the comfort and warmth that only authentic Southern BBQ can deliver during this special season."
Handcrafted by Sonny's expert pitmasters and brimming with fall flavors, the new seasonal menu from Sonny's BBQ is available for a limited time at restaurants nationwide and features Seasonal Wings, the Maple BBQ Turkey Club, Pulled Pork Stack, Maple BBQ Pork Burnt Ends and Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese.
The Seasonal Wings are smoked and tossed in new seasonal sauces including Maple BBQ or tangy Golden BBQ.
The Maple BBQ Turkey Club features smoked turkey, candied bacon, Swiss, lettuce and tomato on garlic bread, finished with Maple BBQ sauce. The Pulled Pork Stack includes pulled pork, coleslaw and onion straws stacked on corncakes, drizzled with Golden BBQ sauce.
The Maple BBQ Pork Burnt Ends features chopped pork collar smoked and caramelized in Maple BBQ Sauce, while the premium Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese side includes mac and cheese topped with pulled pork, onion straws and Sweet BBQ sauce.
