Charcuterie brand Veroni, celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, is adding Nanette Wagner to its executive team as vice president of sales.
Wagner has over 20 years of experience driving sales growth and expanding distribution in the specialty foods and deli meats sector. Her expertise spans national account development, strategic sales planning and P&L ownership, and broker and distributor management.
"Nanette’s extensive background in driving market expansion, forging strong customer partnerships and P&L ownership makes her an invaluable asset as we continue to expand our business. She will be working closely with William Clayton, business development manager, forming a dynamic collaboration that allows us to satisfy clients' requests more effectively and rapidly." said Marco Veroni, Veroni USA president.
Since 2016, Veroni has been importing its products to the US, with its success rooted in the production of authentic Italian charcuterie, bringing the tradition of Italian cured meats to American tables. All of Veroni’s cured meats are produced in Emilia-Romagna, Italy’s largest food district, known for its centuries-old charcuterie-making heritage. Once in the US, the products are locally sliced and packaged at Veroni’s facility in New Jersey.
