According to retail sales data analysis for November 2025 conducted by 210 Analytics and Circana MULO+, the late timing of Thanksgiving, combined with consumers’ focus on price and promotions, concentrated most turkey sales into the two weeks leading up to the holiday.
The third week of November generated $321 million in turkey sales, followed by $221 million in the fourth week. A sharp 11.6% increase in volume during the third week lifted total November turkey volume 5.3% above year-ago levels.
Circana, Integrated Fresh, MULOWhole bird turkey sales slipped slightly in dollars but grew 4.% in pounds. Turkey breast and turkey wings were especially popular, posting double-digit year-over-year gains in volume along with strong dollar growth.
