According to retail sales data analysis for November 2025 conducted by 210 Analytics and Circana MULO+, smoked ham sales peaked the week of the holiday versus the prior week for turkey.
Circana, Integrated Fresh, Total US, MULO+Sales for the week ending Nov. 23 were $152 million versus $168.7 million for the week ending Nov. 30. Despite gains in the final week compared with the previous year, early-week weakness prevented overall recovery.
Circana, Integrated Fresh, Total US, MULO+Spiral-cut ham generated the largest share of sales, at $242 million, and generated robust dollar and pound gains. Boneless overtook bone-in as the second-largest seller, though both were down year-over-year.
