Expanded lineup of main entrees features short rib, filet skewers, bone-in chicken breast and cedar plank salmon.

California Pizza Kitchen's limited-time new lineup of main entrees
Pizza restaurant brand California Pizza Kitchen is expanding its main entree lineup for a limited time beginning April 21, 2026. Launching at locations nationwide, the menu features chef-created dishes inspired by global and familiar flavors.
The lineup includes:
- Hearth Oven Short Rib Lasagna: A modern twist on a comfort classic, this single-layer, full-sheet lasagna features braised short rib, garlic sauce and mozzarella.
- Filet Skewers with Chimichurri Duo: Flame-grilled filet skewers paired with both green and red chimichurri, served with onion rings and charred broccolini.
- Peruvian Pan-Roasted Chicken: Bone-in, crispy-skinned chicken breast finished with aji verde sauce, accompanied by cilantro-lime-cumin rice and pickled red onions.
- Cedar Plank Salmon over Thai Crispy Rice Salad: CPK’s signature cedar-planked salmon roasted in the hearth oven and served over a salad of jasmine rice, shiitake mushrooms, sugar snap peas, basil, chili and scallions
