Land O’Frost Inc., a third-generation, family-owned deli and specialty protein producer, is promoting Kelli Howard to senior vice president of operations.

Since joining Land O’Frost in 2015, Howard has consistently demonstrated a "people-first" mindset. In her new role, she will lead the company’s operations, focusing on accelerating innovation, including deepening integration between manufacturing plants and planning teams.
