Blaze Pizza features Volpi Foods prosciutto on new menu
Volpi Foods sees the collaboration with the pizza chain as a way to introduce its products to new consumers.

Italian Escape menu
Pizza restaurant chain Blaze Pizza is partnering with charcuterie producer Volpi Foods to launch a limited‑time Italian Escape menu, available May 6–June 23, 2026, at locations across North America.
The menu centers on Volpi’s hand‑crafted prosciutto, produced using a traditional slow‑curing process. Blaze is incorporating the premium ingredient into several new offerings designed to bring Italian‑inspired flavors to the fast‑casual format.
The Italian Escape lineup includes four limited‑time items, highlighted by the Prosciutto Pizza made with fresh mozzarella, arugula, balsamic caramelized onions and a fig glaze. A smaller Prosciutto Pizzetta will also be available, featuring Blaze’s scratch‑made dough.
Prosciutto can also be added to other menu items for an upcharge: $1 on 11‑inch Build Your Own pizzas and salads, and $2 on 14‑inch pizzas.
Blaze Pizza finds that the partnership brings artisanal ingredients to a broader audience. “High‑quality, craveable food should be accessible,” said Casey Terrell, chief marketing officer at Blaze Pizza. “Italian Escape brings artisanal prosciutto into our fast‑casual format in a way that delivers flavor and value.”
Volpi Foods sees the collaboration as a way to introduce its products to new consumers.
“We’ve spent four generations focused on craftsmanship and quality,” said Deanna Depke, director of sales and marketing at Volpi Foods. “Blaze Pizza is a natural partner, allowing us to showcase our prosciutto in a format that is approachable and convenient.”
