Silliker announces personnel changes

Silliker Inc., the leading international network of accredited food testing and consulting laboratories, announced the following personnel moves at its corporate headquarters:

Dr. Vidhya Gangar was promoted to division vice president (pictured).

Kim Brown was hired as laboratory director of its Dimmitt, Texas; Stephenville, Texas and Artesia, N.M. operations.

Anthony Fontana PhD, joined the company as technical director of chemistry.

The Meat Industry Hall of Fame was created in 2009 to enshrine the leaders and legends whose visions, skills, and dedication have shaped and sustained the meat and poultry industries.

This new annual reception will celebrate the Meat Industry Hall of Fame Class of 2023 inductees in person during the AAMP American Convention of Meat Processors & Suppliers’ Exhibition in Omaha, Nebraska.
