Three Jerks Jerky take it to the grill with new burger patties

Three Jerks Jerky, the only 100% filet mignon beef jerky, has entered the premium burger market with the introduction of two burger varieties: 100% Filet Mignon and the first-ever to market, Pork Belly Blend (60% beef filet, 40% pork). Just like their jerky, Three Jerks burgers are made from only the most premium cuts and contain no preservatives, MSG or artificial ingredients. Both the 100% Filet and Pork Belly Blend burgers are available for purchase on http://www.threejerksjerky.com in 12-packs ($79.99 + free shipping), with plans to enter retail soon.

“The Jerks”, co-founders Daniel Fogelson and Jordan Barrocas, appeared on this season of the Emmy Award winning series “Shark Tank,” earning a $100,000 investment from Shark Daymond John. The partnership has catapulted Three Jerks to national stardom and helped establish a relationship with Rastelli Foods, an industry leader in premium meat sourcing, processing, and packaging. Rastelli’s innovation and capabilities opened the doors to allow Fogelson and Barrocas to bring their dream of premium burgers to market.

“People used to tell us we couldn’t make jerky out of Filet Mignon. Not only have we proved that to be incorrect, but we’re at it again to show how delicious Filet Mignon is as a burger. The launch of Three Jerks Burgers signifies progress in our pursuit to make the world a more tender and delicious place.” Daniel Fogelson and Jordan Barrocas

The new Filet Mignon and Pork Belly Blend burgers will join Three Jerks Jerky’s roster of distinctly unique beef jerky: Original, Memphis BBQ, Chipotle Adobo, Maple Bourbon Churro, and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Hamburger ($8.99).
