Lorissa's Kitchen Responsibly Raised Protein Snacks launches integrated brand campaign on national TV

Wellness-minded consumers who strive to eat better often run into a little something called reality — jobs, kids, places to go and things to do, with little time left to prepare healthier snacks that fit their lifestyle. Now, Lorissa's Kitchen, a brand that answers this call with responsibly raised, prep-free protein snacks, brings its message home in its first integrated brand campaign. The campaign is kicking off on national television with the theme, "Snack more, make snacks less."

The premium snack brand, which made its debut in 2016, prides itself on giving its customers what they have always wanted: a delicious protein snack, made with quality ingredients, without the hassle and prep time needed for measuring, preparing and packing up snacks. Lorissa's Kitchen is a unique offering in the jerky category for health-minded consumers searching for a nutrient-dense product offering with no added preservatives or MSG.

"As a mom, I'm always on-the-go and I struggled to find a protein snack that fit my healthy lifestyle. This struggle inspired me to create Lorissa's Kitchen. We have a mindful approach to the food we make, only using responsibly raised proteins and ingredients that you could find in your own kitchen," said Lorissa Link, founder of Lorissa's Kitchen. "I'm excited to continue introducing people to our product and my personal passion to make food you and your family can feel good about."

The brand philosophy holds that nourishing your best self should never come at a cost of living a plentiful life. The campaign showcases a perfect no-compromise option when it comes to snack prep. No containers. No small compartments for portion control. No counting almonds. Just simple, grab-and-go, wholesome snacking.

"Lorissa's Kitchen is a brand for people who want to eat well, but don't always have time to spend entire afternoons preparing a week's worth of healthy things to eat," said Gracia Pratt, marketing director for Lorissa's Kitchen. "Our nutritious protein snacks are good-to-go, wherever they may be going."

Inviting consumers to snack more, prep less

Four complementary television spots will air nationwide. Each reprises the line, "Let's snack more and make snacks less, people," and shows the benefits of eating Lorissa's Kitchen, made with 100 percent grass-fed beef, no preservatives and prep-free protein over options that require more effort, such as making peanut butter protein balls from scratch or counting out 23 almonds for a serving size. Titled "Energy Balls," "23 Almonds," "Nut Butter" and "Snackfesto," the spots will run on Food Network, HGTV, Bravo, Travel Channel, Hulu and RealSimple.com. To view the spots online, please visit: https://youtu.be/KrOAun37vUA.

Beyond the spots, the campaign involves event activations around the country and strategic influencer partnerships, with the resounding message that simple and health-conscious snacking doesn't have to come at the expense of time.

Eating without compromising one's values

In addition to using responsibly raised grass-fed beef and antibiotic-free chicken, Lorissa's Kitchen snacks are made with identifiable ingredients to create familiar flavors with a delicious twist, and have no added growth hormones, no MSG, no added nitrites and no preservatives. All flavors are gluten-free and made with sea salt.

Lorissa's Kitchen protein snacks can be purchased at retail locations nationwide and online. They come in 2.25 oz. packages and with a suggested retail price of $5.99.
