Foodmate and ChickSort developed ChickSort 3.0 Weighing and Grading System
Foodmate US and its partner ChickSort have developed ChickSort 3.0, a weighing and grading system, to support Foodmate’s Cut-up equipment.
ChickSort 3.0’s intuitive graphics-based user interface allows users to control complex whole bird distribution and cut-up requirements.
The newest version of ChickSort features advanced, user-friendly, graphics based grading and distribution software that offers seamless integration to Foodmate OPTI FLOW Cut-up Systems, as well as with any existing line equipment. ChickSort 3.0 allows processors achieve a high level of control and information.
As the system splits the control process into three distinct areas – whole bird; front half; and back half – ChickSort 3.0 permits maximum process flexibility. It detects skin flaws/barking, single leg hang, physical size, broken wings, missing parts, hock length, hock burn, bile stain, bruises, feathers, organs and missing shackles.
