Perdue and ShopRite launch co-branded fresh prepared chicken
Co-branded campaign highlights chicken that is raised on family farms and with no antibiotics ever.

Perdue collaborates with ShopRite’s private-label Bowl & Basket line
Supermarket retailer ShopRite and fourth-generation, family-owned US food company Perdue Farms are collaborating to bring more No Antibiotics Ever fresh prepared chicken offerings to ShopRite stores.
The collaboration between Perdue and ShopRite’s private-label Bowl & Basket line brings ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken, roasted Oven-Stuffer chickens, whole roaster breast, fried chicken, chicken wings and chicken tenders to ShopRite stores. Special, limited-time flavors are also available and include the new Pollo Asado Rotisserie Chicken, slow-roasted in a blend of Latin spices to provide a restaurant-quality meal experience at home.
“We know customers are looking for convenient, better-for-you options for mealtime without sacrificing great taste,” said Mark Van Buskirk, group vice president of fresh for Wakefern Food Corp., the supermarket cooperative and merchandising and distribution arm for ShopRite stores. “That’s why we are excited to offer our co-branded Bowl & Basket and Perdue prepared chicken that meets highest quality standards and is free from antibiotics and full of flavor.”
The co-branded campaign highlights chicken that is raised on family farms and with no antibiotics ever. Shoppers can find the co-branded, grab-and-go chicken in the fresh prepared-foods department at many ShopRite stores. The prepared-foods chicken area will also feature co-branded, limited-time-only and seasonally driven flavors like slow-roasted Pollo Asado Rotisserie Chicken, Korean Barbecue, Nashville Hot and other specialty items throughout the year.
