Charcuterie brand Brooklyn Cured is expanding two of their product lines with the launch of two Snack Pack items: Genoa Beef Salami & Provolone and Beef Pepperoni & Mozzarella. Along with these premium pairings, recent additions to their behind-the-glass offerings are hitting store shelves now: bulk Smoked Beef Salami and bulk Tuscan Red Wine Beef Salami.

The company will show samples of all their new pork-free products at the Winter FancyFaire in San Diego Jan. 11-13, 2026, at booth #2910.

“We’re excited to introduce two new pairings to our Snack Pack line, building on our unique convenience and snacking portfolio " said Brooklyn Cured Marketing Manager Katie Milani. “Since their introduction, consumers have praised these Snack Packs for their innovation and inclusivity. Looking to give consumers even more options, and always looking to put a twist on the traditional, we are thrilled to offer two new pork-free flavors, so everyone can enjoy a protein-packed snack.’”

Brooklyn Cured’s line of Bulk Deli and Charcuterie also sees expansion in its beef offerings in 2026.

“The truth is, there just aren’t enough pork-free deli options out there.” Milani said. “We heard not just consumers, but retailers, in their quest for high quality, tasty beef salami and brought two of our top selling presliced options to the bulk deli category.”
