Smoke’NFast’s Shredded Beef Birria
Fully cooked smoked meats provider Smithfield Smoke'NFast expands its barbecue lineup with three trending menu items: Shredded Beef Birria, Chopped Beef Brisket and Pork Shoulder Burnt Ends. The new products add to the brand's collection of labor-saving meat solutions.
Smoke’NFast’s Shredded Beef Birria is one of the brand’s latest innovations, giving foodservice operators a labor-saving way to add authentic, on-trend slow-cooked meats to their menus. Birria is a Mexican stew meat that features savory Mexican spices and is cooked low and slow until the meat is tender.
Made from slow-smoked premium beef brisket, Smoke'NFast Chopped Beef Brisket is ready to heat and use. The Smoke'NFast Pork Shoulder Burnt Ends feature slow-smoked pork shoulder, caramelized for savory flavor.
