As the 2025-2026 NBA and NHL seasons get underway, Aramark Sports and Entertainment is unveiling a mix of new culinary offerings at seven arenas across North America. These new additions are designed to deliver hospitality moments with speed, style and local flavor.
“Our culinary and innovation teams collaborated closely with our arena partners to shape distinctive gameday experiences for the 2025-26 NBA and NHL seasons,” said Alison Birdwell, president and CEO of Aramark Sports + Entertainment. “By blending global flavors, emerging technologies, and locally celebrated dishes, we’re creating moments that resonate with today’s fans – delivered with efficiency, creativity, and a spirit of team pride.”
Capital One Arena is introducing a mix of new food concepts, partnerships and technology designed to streamline service and enhance the gameday experience for NBA and NHL fans, including the “Ocho” Cheesesteak, with ribeye topped with truffle and blue cheese sauce, bourbon caramelized onions and Sicilian salsa verde, served on a toasted semolina roll from local bakery Bread & Water; the Midnight Nacho, featuring house-smoked chopped brisket, Empty Bowl Queso, Texas Trey’s tortilla, pico de gallo, lime crema and cilantro. District Dog offers a fresh take on the classic stadium hot dog with assorted toppings, including the Carne Asada Dawg, Chili & Cheese Dawg and Pickled Kraut Dawg.
Deep in the heart of Texas, Frost Bank Center is serving up a winning mix of street food favorites and elevated plates for Spurs fans, including the Crispy Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich, with crispy chicken breast topped with American cheese, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing on a potato bun; a Pork or Chicken Souvlaki Platter, featuring three skewers of pork or chicken souvlaki served with lemon rice, Greek salad, pita bread and tzatziki sauce; and the San Antonio Cheesesteak Sandwich, featuring shredded beef with grilled peppers and onions, American cheese and garlic aioli on a seven-inch Martin’s potato hoagie.

A major renovation at PPG Paints Arena will bring a fully redesigned 5th Ave Food Hall to life this season, along with new signature dishes that celebrate Pittsburgh’s culinary roots and global flavor trends.
