The PSA also deals with livestock transactions.

Fresh pork’s price increases in the past 12 months have been more modest than those of most value-added pork products and other meat categories.

The U.S. Meat Export Federation recently hosted meat processors from across Latin America at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for a further processing seminar.
